    Experience a vibrant spring and summer season at Roger Williams Park Zoo, offering a diverse array of events and activities for all ages. In addition to our captivating Dragons & Mythical Creatures exhibit to our engaging interactive bird show, there's something here for everyone to enjoy!  
     
    Food Truck Fridays
    Join us for the 10th season of Food Truck Friday at Carousel Village every Friday from April 19th – September 27th.  Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever-changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week. Enjoy live music, local beer and wine from Trinity Brewhouse.
     
    Party for the Planet (April 20)
    9 am- 3 pm
    Party for the Planet at Roger Williams Park Zoo! Enjoy a family fun-filled day that emphasizes the importance of protecting our planet. Discover up-close animal encounters and keeper talks. Enjoy hands-on education stations, live music from the Unlikely Strummers, costumed character meet & greets, and learn from local organizations and community friends how you can make a difference. (Party for the Planet activities are included with Zoo admission.)
     
    Dragons & Mythical Creatures: Sensory-Friendly Mornings 
    April 28, May 19, June 16 and July 7
    8–9:00 am
    Join us for special sensory-friendly mornings an hour before the Dragons & Mythical Creatures experience opens to the public: designed for those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and sensory processing differences and their families.
     
    Sip & Strolls (21+ events) (May 9 and July 18)
    5:30 –9:00 pm
    May 9- Sip & Stroll: Battle of the Bands 90s Night
    Totally Tubular 90s Night! Sip and stroll through the Zoo during this special, adults-only (NO KIDS) event! Rock out to a live 90s-themed Battle of the Bands.  Show off your 90s style in costume contests – prizes will be awarded for the most creative and authentic outfits.
     
    July 18- Sip & Stroll- Battle of the Bands 2000s Night
    It’s going to be totally fetch! Sip and stroll through the Zoo during this special, adults-only (NO KIDS) event! Rock out to a Battle of the Bands throwin’ down all your fave jams from the 2000s! Get up close and personal with amazing animals. Show off your 2000s style in costume contests – prizes will be awarded for the most creative and authentic outfits.

    Whisky for Wildlife (21+) May 16
    5:30 to 7:30 pm
    Indulge your love for single-barrel whiskies and rare spirits at Whisky for Wildlife. Delight in a curated selection of whiskies, rums, and gins while engaging in enlightening conversations with whisky expert Irene Tan and her certified sommelier team. Proceeds from this exclusive event directly benefit the Zoo’s conservation efforts.

    Yoga with the Elephants (June 1, August 3)
    Grab your mat, fill your reusable water bottle, and get ready to relax with a 60-minute yoga session situated alongside our iconic African elephants. A certified yoga instructor will guide you through poses designed to calm your mind and strengthen your body, and the class is designed for ALL fitness levels. Each ticket includes a post-class informal Q&A with a trained animal educator, plus all-day zoo admission for the class day.

    Family Nights (June 8 and August 10)
    5–8:30 pm
    Families can journey to a world of pure imagination and enjoy an evening at the Zoo from 5-9 pm.   Your ticket includes access to the entire Zoo and unlimited access to the Dragons & Mythical Creatures walk-through experience featuring nearly 60 life-size animatronic creatures that will ignite your sense of wonder!
     
    Breakfast with the Elephants (June 23, July 27)
    Rise and shine with the Zoo’s herd of African elephants in this exclusive experience before the Zoo opens.  We’ll start with an al fresco hot breakfast buffet before joining the zookeepers who care for the elephants to learn about elephant diets, care, training and more.  Guests will venture into the elephant yard to help prepare it for the day by providing enrichment and diet for our beloved elephant girls!

    Zoobilee! Party with a Purpose (June 29)
    6–11:00 pm
    Party with a purpose at the Zoo’s 32nd annual Zoobilee presented by BankRI.  Join us on Saturday, June 29th for a night of roaring fun, all for a great cause! Indulge in delicious bites from dozens of the area’s top restaurants and sip on refreshing cocktails. Dance the night away under the stars to the electrifying sounds of Mystique. Get to know some of your favorite furry (and feathery) friends with special encounters.
