Monday, September 21 & Tuesday, September 22 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Join us on Zoom
What can we do right now to build our sales pipeline with more qualified leads and not add expense?
What's effective in marketing and sales tactics in a time when everyone is hunkered down?
What are the key metrics we should now be focused on and how do we drive performance?
Join the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce for this special sales and business development Boot Camp --- complete with personalized coaching and post-event “office hours” to solidify key concepts.
Over the last few weeks, Chamber members have told us that their number one difficulty is driving sales and new business development in this mostly-virtual environment. Our two-morning whiteboarding session is designed in direct response to help you get proficient in the “new normal.”
Jack Derby of Derby Management in Boston will lead this hands-on, real-world, highly-engaged discussion focused on achieving successful revenue growth. Jack is a prominent angel investor, business founder, finance strategist and Tufts University faculty member. He is a thought leader with vast expertise in sales and marketing optimization and tactical implementation.
The GPCC has had a close relationship with Derby Management for more than a decade. Jack has provided insight and counsel to us on building an entrepreneurial environment locally that attracts investment. We are thrilled to be able to partner with him once again to deliver content that’s considered the new “best practice.”
The focus is achieving short-term results between now and the end of December. Instructors are real-world sales and marketing experts from a variety of markets. This session is activity-focused and aimed at providing the processes and tools that you can put to work immediately to deliver ROI.
Jack and his team will schedule individual time in 15- and 20-minute blocks right after the event for individual consultation.
Registration Fee: $149
Class size is limited in order to ensure one-on-one attention.
The Zoom link will be provided prior to the event for registered participants.
Details: 6 Key Themes
The requirement to change is now everywhere in every market and in every job from retail to cars to tech and food and everything in between. As the virus continues through the rest of 2020, Jack and his team will show you why you need to "forget strategy and focus only tactically in three months segments" --- updating those tactics every month looking out another 90 days.
We will work through the answers to questions such as these:
What can we do right now to build our pipeline with more qualified leads and not add expense? How do we recalibrate based on what our competitors are doing?
How do we develop our sales team with more qualified coaching to improve closing rates by 25 percent?
How do we develop an efficient Inbound marketing program? How should we measure effectiveness?
What does it take to hire, onboard and retain talent more effectively? Should we be doing that now?
What's effective in marketing and sales tactics in a time when everyone is hunkered down?
What are the key metrics we should now be focused on and how do we drive performance?
