    A Conversation with Kevin Tracy from Bank of America, Rhode Island


     

    Chamber President Laurie White recently spoke with Kevin Tracy, President of Bank of America, Rhode Island. They discussed the economy and the outlook for the months ahead, the status of the credit markets, employment and workforce development, return-to-office strategies, the role the bank plays in the lives of their customers and the importance of staying focused on core client relationships during periods of economic flux.

    Kevin also spoke about his 38-year career at Bank of America, his role as president in Rhode Island since 2021, career mobility at the bank and the bank's investments in the community, including in the areas of: K-12 education, financial literacy, food insecurity, housing, arts, culture and workforce development in partnership with the Community College of Rhode Island.
     

    Since joining Bank of America in 1985, Kevin held numerous client manager positions. He has served as in Business Banking Market Executive for Rhode Island since 2006, where he manages a team of bankers who provide a variety of solutions, including treasury, credit, investment banking, risk management, international and wealth management, to companies with annual revenues of $5 million to over $50 million.
