Starting on March 12th, most Rhode Islanders will receive instructions to complete the census online. However, paper forms are also available upon request.

Respondents also have the option of filling out the census over the phone.

Both the online and phone options offer the ability to access the census questionnaire in English and 12 other languages, including American Sign Language.
