Map the Point is a woman-owned small business that specializes in providing Geographic Information Services to nonprofit and public benefit service organizations.

Sarah Godfrey is the Owner/Operator, and has more than 20 years of experience working with nonprofits in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability, Land and Resource Management Planning, Housing and Education.

Visualization is a powerful contributor to how we make sense of information in our modern world, and Map the Point works with clients to create powerful visualizations in the forms of static and web-operational maps of their data as a meaningful way to communicate information to audiences including funders, government agencies, and the public. 

Sarah is inspired by the current active initiatives such as the Municipality Technical Assistance Program (MTAP), Blue Economy and Rhode Island 2030, that support sustainable conservation planning, and is eager to partner with organizations who align in this vision to create a more just, equitable, and intentionally-planned future powered by relevant and current data.
