INSPIRE teaches the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Participants will be guided through a self-evaluation process to develop the characteristics to become entrepreneurs, including personality, skills, initiative, knowledge, and life experience.

Throughout four sessions, participants will learn about the main characteristics necessary to become entrepreneurs and how to be creative and innovative in a business environment to make better decisions, overcome obstacles, and visualize opportunities at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey.

The program will end with a brainstorming workshop to generate as many solutions as possible to specific problems that can turn an idea into a good and profitable business.

 
The INSPIRE program will be offered Wednesday evenings from May 31- June 21 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Biz Bodega, 222 Manton Ave. and as a one day boot camp on Saturday, June 3 from 9:00-3:00 PM. CREATE teaches participants to develop and validate a business idea by discovering the ideal customer willing to pay for its solution, recognizing the product/service demand, and learning about the best funding options for their business.

Throughout six sessions, participants will develop and validate a business idea, gain a deeper understanding of their target customers, explore the different financing options for startups, and implement the most appropriate model for their business.

The program will end with an in-depth review of the principal funding sources available for any startup to finance its product/service.
