• RIHEBC Welcomes Dylan Zelazo as New Executive Director

After conducting a national search, the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation is pleased to welcome Dylan Zelazo as our new Executive Director.

Dylan most recently worked as Director of Administration for the City of Pawtucket, where he supervised all department heads, developed the City’s annual budget, and oversaw economic development projects. He previously worked as a Policy Analyst at the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council. He holds a BA in Political Science from Providence College and an MPA from Indiana University Bloomington’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He resides in Cranston with his wife and three children.

Dylan’s deep experience working in municipal government and finance will ensure the continued success of our mission to finance construction projects sponsored by Rhode Island municipalities and our state’s non-profit health, educational, cultural, and other not-for-profit institutions. We’re excited that his many relationships with Rhode Island’s municipal leaders and other organizations will lead to excellent customer service, while also growing RIHEBC’s footprint to better serve the needs of our state’s many growing nonprofits.
