People’s Credit Union announced the appointment of Terri L. Raymond as Head of Retail. Reporting to the Head of Member Delivery and Marketing, Ms. Raymond will be responsible for planning, directing, and administering all retail operations-related initiatives and strategies, including the oversight of six branch offices and the member service center.
“With more than two decades of leadership experience in retail financial services, Terri is well-positioned to help us achieve our member experience goals,” said Bill DeWitt, Head of Member Delivery & Marketing. “In particular, her background developing and coaching teams will be an invaluable asset for our retail team as they continue to build and strengthen their relationships with our members.”
In her 22-year career in the financial services industry, Ms. Raymond has held senior-level positions at Citizens Bank, Santander Bank, and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, with a focus on retail professional development, coaching, and relationship building.
A graduate of Bryant University with a BS in Management, Ms. Raymond holds an MS in Organizational Behavior and Management from Antioch New England Management School. She has also earned an Executive Leadership Certification from Babson College and a Certificate of Achievement from the New England School of Banking.
