  • Hinckley Allen Elevates Ten Attorneys to Partner

    Hinckley Allen announced today that ten attorneys at the firm have been elevated to Partner, including Providence-based attorneys Christine E. Dieter and Thomas W. Madonna, Jr.

    Christine E. Dieter practices in the firm’s Environmental and Energy Practice Groups and in the Litigation practice. She has extensive experience with permitting for large-scale renewable energy projects, including offshore wind farms and solar facilities. Christine represents regional utilities in proceedings before state regulatory agencies and related litigation, including before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She assists with permitting and other regulatory matters for owners and developers of energy generation projects and provides regulatory advice regarding project development.

    Thomas W. Madonna, Jr. has deep expertise in commercial real estate, commercial lending & finance, and corporate transactions related to real estate, with a spotlight in the industrial, warehousing and distribution areas. He provides sound business and legal advice to an assortment of stakeholders, including financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, developers, retailers, quasi-governmental agencies, and other business entities.
