    Rhode Island MEP Center Director

    Polaris MEP seeks a strategic, visionary MEP Center Director to help the organization deliver on and advance its mission of supporting and promoting Rhode Island manufacturers.
    • Collaborate with community leaders, partner organizations and others in support of economic development and manufacturing priorities
    • Lead and manage the delivery of continuous improvement and other initiatives in support of client commercial goals

    Program Manager (RI MADE)

    Polaris MEP is seeking a Program Manager for RI MADE with experience leading and implementing federally funded initiatives which include industry, government, and academia.
     
    The RI MADE Program Manager will drive economic growth working with academia to provide technology resources to our strong national defense manufacturing and supply chain community which will accelerate secure production of highly technical products through automation, robotics, and cyber technologies.

    Manufacturing Advisor

    We are seeking a Manufacturing Advisor with project management experience to guide Rhode Island clients to sustainable growth, innovative technology strategies and cost-efficient operations.
     
    Manufacturing Advisors are core to the success of Polaris MEP programs and to the manufacturing community in Rhode Island. This position will manage and lead client engagements from beginning to end.
     
    The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years actual business, manufacturing, engineering or operations management experience. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with a proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development. The ideal candidate works effectively in a team-dependent environment but is self-reliant, results oriented, energetic, flexible, and proactive.
