Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB), headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, has named Ana Jones to the position of Vice President/Human Resources & Business Partner. In this capacity, Jones is responsible for staff recruitment, succession, talent strategy and development, employment relations and leadership consulting.
 
Prior to her appointment at the Bank, Jones held several positions in the Human Resources field, including: Senior Director of Employee Success at Century Vision Global, Durham, North Carolina; Human Resources Generalist with Family Service Association, Fall River, Massachusetts; Healthcare Recruiter for Randstad Healthcare, Providence, Rhode Island; and Human Resources Manager at SHL, also in Providence.
 
Jones is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is fluent in Portuguese. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater, Massachusetts and is currently enrolled in the Master’s Program in Human Resources at Bellevue University, Bellevue, Nebraska. Jones is a Founding Member of the Tiverton Dog Park and resides in Tiverton, Rhode Island.
