Bristol County Savings Bank Appoints Five to Branch Manager
Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB), headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, has recently appointed Michael Hey and Mobolaji Omisore to the position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager of the Attleboro, Massachusetts and Pawtucket, Rhode Island offices, respectively and Michael Allard to Branch Manager of the Franklin, Massachusetts office, Monica Furtado to Branch Manager of the office in Downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts and Shaquita Wilson to Branch Manager of the Cumberland, Rhode Island office. In this capacity, they are responsible for the management of branch operations, customer relations and new business development.
Prior to joining the Bank, Michael Hey held the positions of Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Head Bank Teller for People’s Credit Union in both North Kingstown and Wakefield, Rhode Island. He was a member of the Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston. Hey resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
Mobolaji Omisore previously served as an Assistant Vice President-Core Banking Officer, AVP-Senior Customer Relationship Officer and Branch Manager at MutualOne Bank in Framingham and Natick, Massachusetts and a Branch Manager for Santander in Canton Massachusetts. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and currently lives in Pawtucket.
Michael Allard comes to the Bank from Colonial Life in Marlboro, Massachusetts where he served as District Manager. Previously, he held the positions of Senior Vice President-Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President-Director of Retail Banking with Avidia Bank in Hudson, Massachusetts. Active in the community, he is on the Board of The United Regional Chamber of Commerce in Plainville, Massachusetts, volunteers as a basketball coach for the Special Olympics and provides guitar lessons to military veterans through the City of Franklin’s Tune It Out program. Allard earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and a certificate in Executive Bank Management from the American Community Bankers-National School of Banking at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Allard resides in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Prior to her most recent appointment at the Bank, Monica Furtado held numerous positions in the industry, including Branch Manager at BayCoast Bank in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Assistant Branch Manager of the Dartmouth, Massachusetts office at Bristol County Savings Bank; Teller Supervisor for Webster Bank in New Bedford; and Teller with First Federal Savings Bank in New Bedford. Outside of the office, she serves as Clerk and a Board Member for PACE Inc., Treasurer at 3rd Eye Youth Empowerment, Inc., Board Member with the YWCA of Southeastern Massachusetts and volunteer for Junior Achievement of Southern Massachusetts, all located in New Bedford. Furtado lives in New Bedford.
Previously, Shaquita Wilson served as Branch Manager at Citizens Bank in Walpole, Massachusetts and Co-Manager for Express, LLC in Natick, Massachusetts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Retail Marketing and Management from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island. Wilson resides in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
