About Us

A nonprofit organization founded in 1979, at Tufts Health Plan, a Point32Health company, we believe health care should work for everyone in the Ocean State. Our Rhode Island Commercial Health Maintenance Organization, Point of Service and EPO Plans received the highest rating from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in 2021. Our goal is to optimize the value of health care for our employers and help employees meet their needs. We’re also committed to advancing health equity, diversity, and inclusion by reducing health care disparities.
