I am the Co-Owner of L'Atelier, Photographer, Life Empowerment Coach and, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. In my photography sessions, I look to capture the essence of my subject.  I love the dance that happens between the camera and the subject. From the moment they arrive, to when they feel and embody that essence; Joie de Vivre. With my roots in fine art photography, I have always marveled at the interplay between light and dark, tension and ease, hardness and soft, angst and joy. This is where the subject’s spirit pours through and intimacy is captured - That is absolutely breathtaking. I cultivate that same level of intimacy in my Coaching practice by meeting individuals where they are. Together we discover the things that are blocking the path.
