    A busy and well-established Providence-based law firm is looking for an experienced, hard-working, and versatile Litigation Paralegal.

    Duties of the Litigation Paralegal:

    • The management of litigation and court calendars for multiple attorneys.
    • Proficient typing skills to generate drafts and final documents in a minimum amount of time.
    • The ability to draft and/or prepare enclosure letters.
    • The management of litigation files.
    • The ability to prepare pleadings.
    • The knowledge of the State, Federal, and Appellate Court e-filing systems.
    • Computer skills and verbal and written communication skills are important in this position, as well as having the ability to work in a team environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Must have the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.

    The ideal candidate for this Litigation Paralegal position will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment. Compensation shall be commensurate with ability and experience.
