An established organization based in Rhode Island is actively seeking to expand its team and is currently in search of an experienced Executive Legal Assistant for their Corporate Trusts division In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to attorneys and executive management, utilizing your extensive legal knowledge and creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities of the Executive Legal Assistant:
- Reviews legal documentation to relating to commercial leases and related legal documents.
- Collect and organize documents, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting calendars.
- Holds responsibility for various tenant notifications regarding any legal concerns.
- Uses creative problem-solving to establish processes and protocols to ensure swift and efficient transaction processing.
- Drafts legal documents and engages legal counsel for any issues containing potentially detrimental or unclear information.
- Liaise between the Board of Trustees, outside counsel,
- Provides administrative and legal support as needed.
Key Requirements of the Executive Legal Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with in corporate law or executive support.
- Exhibits a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational prowess, capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, showcasing technical expertise.
- Exemplary writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to excel in their role.
- A dedicated team player, fostering excellent interpersonal relationships.
