    A fantastic law firm in Providence, RI is looking to hire a solid Office Manager - HR Assistant! The ideal candidate will have prior Office Management and Human Resource knowledge. This firm does offer parking and a great benefit program to their employees!

    Responsibilities of the Office Manager / HR Assistant:
    • Oversee timekeeping and payroll aspects for employees, and work with the Accountant to submit hours
    • Assist in office hiring, training, and firing of employees
    • Facilitate meeting schedules and notes
    • Make phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
    • Prepare and organize databases and reports
    • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
    Qualifications of the Office Manager / HR Assistant:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or HR
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Results-oriented and process-driven with impeccable attention to detail
    • Solid working knowledge of MS Office ideally
