• Bilingual Executive Assistant

    A well-established company is currently seeking a confident and experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant (Spanish) to provide administrative support to their executive team. This individual will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth operations as the company expands.
    Responsibilities of the Bilingual Executive Assistant:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Manage and optimize the schedules of the executives, efficiently coordinating and arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Expertly gather and organize meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports, to ensure seamless proceedings.
    • Actively participate in meetings, diligently recording accurate minutes, and promptly distributing them, while ensuring thorough follow-up on action items.
    • Collaborate in the creation of insightful reports, dynamic presentations, and various business documents to support effective decision-making.
    Qualifications of the Bilingual Executive Assistant:
    • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Knowledge of the transportation industry and its operations is a valuable asset.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
    • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
