Featured Speaker Paul Harrington - Paul is an economist at Rhode island College where he continues his work on the role of literacy and numeracy skills on various labor market outcomes. Prior to joining RIC, he served as the Director of the Center for Labor Markets and Policy at Drexel University and the Center for Labor Market Studies at Northeastern University.
Panelists Mike Grey - Mike is Market President for FirstService Residential, the largest company in the property services industry. In 2011, Mike was nominated by Governor Lincoln Chafee to join the Governor’s Workforce Board. He was then appointed Chairman of the Governor’s Workforce Board by Governor Raimondo in 2016, a position he holds today.
Rick Metters - Rick is Vice President for RI Regional Public Affairs & Corporate Community Relations at Fidelity Investments. He serves on Fidelity's RI Regional Leadership Team as well as a board member for the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and the Providence Performing Arts Center and trustee for several local community organizations.
Stuart Benton - Stuart is President & CEO and is a member of the Board of Directors of Bradford Soap International, Inc, and its Subsidiaries, a 350-person, international manufacturer of personal care products in West Warwick. Stuart serves on several boards, including the Rhode Island Society of CPAs, the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, and the Old Colony YMCA.
