In support of the vision for the Rhode Island Foundation's Equity Leadership Initiative (ELI) - to cultivate, mentor, and seek access for individuals of color from across sectors, and to build a diverse pipeline of leaders of color in positions of influence in Rhode Island - we have invited ELI participants to attend this year's breakfast. ELI participants will be seated at each of the corporate tables to connect with you and your guests.
