    Jumpstart Your Health! with the Plant Docs

    Work with a team of doctors and nutrition educators to guide you on your new journey to healthy eating. The jumpstart includes an initial Plant Doc consultation to review blood work and assess your health, followed by 4 evenings of nutrition education, cooking demos, and guidance to become your healthy self.

    Plant Swap Social Fundraiser for What Cheer Flower Farm
    Sunday, March 29, 1-2 pm, $20

    A Plant Swap is simply an event where fellow plant owners can come together to swap their houseplants.  Bring one or more pest free houseplants, potted or bare root to trade with other plant lovers and go home with a cool new plant. 20-minute presentation on basic houseplant care. Live demos on how to divide and repot your houseplant. There will be a Re-potting Station. Spring is a perfect time to re-pot those root bond house plants. Bring your plant and a new container to re-pot into and for an additional $5 per plant we’ll have the soil and space to re-pot your plant.
