In the summer of 2019, The Wild Man of Wellness Richie Crowley rode his bicycle across the United States.
Three If By Bike is his story of adventure. A visual experience supported by conversation detailing the three pillars of his journey: Truth, Wellness, and Dreams. This East Coast premier will be hosted by vegan personality, author, and founder of the Eat Green Make Green platform, Pat McAuley.
Vegan Thanksgiving with roasted roots and savory stuffing! with the Plant Docs and Chef Sara
Sunday, November 3, 4-5 pm, $20, $15 with student id
Thanksgiving can be a challenge for us plant-based eaters. Johnson & Wales University-trained Chef Sara will help us prepare creative ideas to keep the turkey off the table, and the fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains and beans front and center! Class will include how to roast a whole cauliflower, make a savory stuffing, delicious roasted roots and a delectable mushroom gravy!

Plant Rx is a 21 day whole food plant based immersion program, to lose weight and get healthy. During the Plant Rx program, you will learn the benefits of a plant based diet, how to menu plan, prepare plant based meals at home as well as dining out and prep meals on the run. The latter part of class will include a shopping trip to a variety of local markets where you will be taught how to decipher food labels, stock your pantry and learn about new plant based food options.

All leftover clothing will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of RI and profits will be donated to Chilis on Wheels, a nationwide organization that gives free vegan meals to people in need.
