October 2019 Pare Hires New Team Members
All of Pare's divisions have added staff over the past several months to meet strong growth in key markets. We are happy to introduce you to the newest members of our team!
Gregory A. Blake, P.E. has joined Pare's Transportation Division in the position of Managing Engineer. Blake will be focusing on transportation and traffic engineering services in Massachusetts and Northern New England. He has a wide range of State and private roadwork project experience, for which he has provided project management and team leadership. He is also currently serving on the Massport Designer Selection Panel. Blake earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
Christopher J. Hohe, P.E. recently joined Pare's Civil Division as a Project Engineer. He has seven years of experience in designing a variety of building types including an internationally recognized grocery store chain. He will be supporting a range of projects, including Pare's expanding work in the life science / pharmaceutical industry and on school structures. He graduated from Bradley University, where he was a member of Chi Epsilon (the Civil Engineering National Honor Society) with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Deborah A. Finnigan, P.E. is Pare's most recent addition as a Project Engineer. Her experience with transportation and construction engineering management in the municipal and private sectors will strengthen Pare's Transportation Division. She is skilled at translating the technical aspects into relatable concepts for public outreach as part of the project development process. She earned an Associate Degree in Civil Technology from Vermont Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont. Finnigan is also a certified Baystate Roads Scholar.
Collin Putnam, who completed three summer internships and one winter internship with the Civil Division's structural group, recently returned to Pare to take a full-time position as an Engineer I. He will be working on structural designs for a variety of academic, biotechnology, and industrial projects. He graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and he recently passed his Fundamentals in Engineering exam. Collin is an accomplished musician who enjoys playing the guitar.
Annelise C. Boylan joined Pare's Civil Division as an Engineer I where she will be supporting a wide range of civil and site design projects. She graduated from Roger Williams University with a B.S. in Engineering. As an undergraduate Boylan was active with the school's chapters of Engineering Without Borders and the Society of Women Engineers. She recently passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
Matthew Sprague accepted a position with Pare in the Environmental Division as an Engineer I following his graduation from Western New England University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He will be working on a variety of water and wastewater projects. He recently passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. Sprague achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and now serves as a Troop Leader for the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts.
Kyle A. Dubuc recently joined Pare's Geotechnical Division as an Engineer I. He earned a B.A. in Environmental Science with a Concentration in Environmental Policy from Assumption College, and a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Civil and Environmental Engineering. While completing his degrees, he was a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and Chi Epsilon Engineering Honor Society. He just passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
Seaver Anderson is Pare's newest Environmental Scientist. He possesses considerable experience with GIS and data analysis and will be using these skills to support projects for all of Pare's divisions. He joined Pare upon receiving his Master of Environmental Science and Management in Watershed, Wetland and Ecosystem Science from the University of Rhode Island. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Vermont, where he was honored with the James Wilson Globe Award. Anderson also holds a Certificate in GIS and Remote Sensing from the University of Rhode Island.
