Todd previously served as the CFO of Linear Title & Closing. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, business consulting and crisis management.

"I’m honored to devote my expertise to an institution that has been working to make Rhode Island a better place for decades,” said Costa.  “I look forward to driving sustainable growth."

Todd, a lifelong Rhode Islander, is deeply involved in his community serving as treasurer of both the Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen and the Adoption Rhode Island Board of Directors.  He is a volunteer coach of the East Providence High School Boys’ Basketball team.

He is a graduate of North Providence High School, received his BS in Business Administration in accounting from URI, and his MBA in International Business from Bryant University.

Thomas E. Noret has been hired as the Executive Director of the South County YMCA where he will oversee fundraising efforts, membership, and community development. Prior to being hired by the YMCA of Greater Providence, Noret served as a Tax Investigator for the RI Division of Taxation, and also served for four years in the RI Air National Guard’s 143d Air Lift Wing’s Security Forces Squadron.

An active resident of Coventry for over 23 years, Noret was recently elected to the Rhode Island House- District 25 seat representing portions of Coventry and West Warwick. He serves on the Executive Board for the Blackrock Elementary School PTA and is a member of the Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School PTA.

Noret holds a B.S in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University and an A.S. in Business and Law Enforcement from the Community College of Rhode Island. He graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School.

"The Y is a unique place that brings the community together,” said Noret. “I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to serve as the South County Y's Executive Director and look forward to working with the Board of Directors, community leaders and staff to provide the highest quality programs to our members and neighbors."

“As the YMCA of Greater Providence continues to position itself as a strong and vibrant organization in Rhode Island, Tom and Todd will help grow our business and the communities we serve. Both were hired through an extensive search and interview process and we welcome them onto our team,” said Steven G. O’Donnell, CEO, YMCA of Greater Providence.
