Elite Physical Therapy Went Bold Last Weekend!

Elite Physical Therapy was a proud sponsor of the BoldrDash at Rocky Point Park this past weekend. The BoldrDash mission is to create events where everyone from Elite athletes to beginners can compete, be challenged, and
experience the exhilaration that comes with accomplishment. The event involved a 5K run with 20+ obstacles throughout the old amusement park grounds!

Elite’s Founder and Practicing Physical Therapist, Michael Nula, attended the event with his family as well as some of our other Elite Physical Therapists. “Elite Physical Therapy is proud to partner with BoldrDash, and be their Preferred Physical Therapy place. Our Physical Therapists really enjoy helping people of all athletic and activity levels. Our group is excited to have the opportunity to help more people achieve a high level of physical health, prevent common injuries, and accelerate their recovery process during their busy lives. We look forward to continuing to work with the BoldrDash community, and support them in achieving their goals” said Michael Nula.

Lynn Hall, BoldrDash founder, is a certified personal/group trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their goals. The happily married mother of three has a long history working with non-profit organizations and holds a special place in her heart for children’s charities. After completing her first Spartan race in 2010, Lynn saw a real opportunity to create an event where everyone from Elite athletes to beginners could compete, be challenged, and experience the exhilaration that comes with accomplishment. She also developed a unique business model that allows local charities to host Boldrdash events to raise money and awareness for their cause

Elite Physical Therapist, Kaitlyn Quigley, did an ankle taping on the BoldrDash women’s second place winner, Julie Del Balzo. She had come back to the Elite Tent to tell everyone how the race was. “It was awesome!” said Julie Del Balzo. “The Elite Physical Therapists were also offering free evaluations and stretching at their tent before and after the race. The race was a fun family event that even had its own children course so the little ones could participate too!”

“What I really love is being able to be a part of something that makes people feel good about themselves while helping others. I especially love working with people on goals they never thought possible. You can do anything with the right support and encouragement. At the end of the day, that is what Boldrdash is all about” said Lynn Hall.
