Dr. Chelsea Graham and Dr. Joline Macfarlan join Thundermist Health Center
Chelsea Graham, DO, joins Thundermist Health Center as a family medicine provider at Thundermist Health Center of West Warwick.
Dr. Graham will see family medicine, women’s health, and trans* patients. She has a background in LGBTQ health care and global health. She works collaboratively with Partners in Health in Mexico. Dr. Graham’s experiences in global health intersect with her passion for teaching reproductive health justice and family planning. She is a bilingual Spanish-speaking provider.
“My experiences led me to a career caring for a diverse patient population,” explained Dr. Graham. “I believe working at Thundermist will give me the opportunity to provide a vulnerable community with top-quality medical care. I am proud to be a part of this team and I am excited for this experience.”
Dr. Graham completed her medical degree at Des Moines University at the College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Brown University. Prior to working at Thundermist, Dr. Graham worked in a variety of health care settings internationally. She is currently a global health fellow at Brown University. She is also completing a fellowship with Brown Advocates for Social Change and Equity (BASCE) at Alpert Medical School.

Joline Macfarlan, MD, joins Thundermist Health Center of South County as a family medicine provider.
Dr. Macfarlan comes to Thundermist with nearly a decade of family medicine experience. She also has experience working in emergency department, skilled nursing facility, and hospice care settings.
“Thundermist is passionate about serving their unique communities and really focuses on the patient as a whole,” stated Dr. Macfarlan. “As a South County native, I am excited to be back where I grew up and have the opportunity to care for this community.”
Dr. Macfarlan previously worked for Millview Medical Associates where she served as the medical director of Beacon Hospice home care division and was a family physician.
She is a graduate of Boston University, where she received her Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Macfarlan completed her family medicine residency at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California.
