What does your company do?
Our company is in the business of producing branding for companies of all sizes. Whether we are dealing with a major retailer to a small business person – we understand the need to present a positive image both on paper and electronically. We assist our clients in making that positive image through our design services to actual shipment of product on our client’s behalf.

How do you attract, train and keep your skilled workforce?
We have a strong reputation as a desired place to work. Many of our employees like the active engagement and enjoy the light hearted way that we approach each challenge. AP was recognized for this accomplishment by being nominated as “The Best Places to Work” in the Providence Business News.
 
We train our staff through a continuous improvement philosophy and continue to engage all of our employees through personal interaction. We try to train from within first and then look for outside help only when we do not have the skills already available in house.

What is your best unconventional tip?
Always listen to your inner voice. There is a level of experience and feelings that you have – and it needs to be paid attention to. Through 32 years of success I have often questioned myself only to realize that if I had listened to my inner voice – I could have avoided many of a difficult situation.

What do you see as the most important issue facing your company?
Leadership development – and the establishment of training for my management team to take our company to the next level of service. I am in the process of building a five year plan to address these needs to secure the future of our company and employee opportunities for our staff. Many families depend on our company – and it is a critical component of their life..

What personal leadership strategy do you employ that has helped your company grow in today’s competitive business environment?
Engaging the stakeholders (customers & staff) in advising us where the next opportunity is for them. From a customer stand point – we want to help them meet their needs – while from an employee stand point – we want to secure their future and provide a safe and steady place of employment that is challenging and rewarding.  

What special niche has your business carved out that makes you different from your competitors?
We deliver a complete branding solution – with a holistic approach. Our attention to detail with exactness with ease allows our clients to place their project in our hands and never have to worry about the outcome or fear of the process.
