    The Foundation is currently seeking a full-time professional to assist in several areas of the Strategy and Community Investments Department, including impact investing, grant reporting, project management, and special initiatives. Major responsibilities include:
    • Perform financial analysis of impact investment proposals in preparation for evaluation by Impact Investing Committee of the Board.
    • Maintain monitoring system for all investments approved by the committee. Working with the EVP of Strategy and the CFO, track repayments and reports, analyze reports from investees, and maintain investment portfolio dashboard.
    • Perform high level analysis of select grant reports received from grantees/nonprofit organizations, under the direction of the Director of Evaluation and Learning. Identify, assemble, and analyze pre and post quantitative and qualitative information. Analyze internal and external trends, synthesize data and information, and determine the relevant or potential impact on the Foundation.
    • Track and update select indicators related to Foundation priorities and help to maintain in a dashboard format for internal and external audiences.
    • Conceptualize, plan, and manage select special initiatives. Develop and track budget, timeline, and deliverables. Proactively monitor results and analytics to identify opportunities for key learning and improvement. Coordinate other Foundation staff on these initiatives.  
    Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or related field. Experience in financial analysis and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in Excel and database software. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Organized, problem solver, quick learner, creative, self-motivated, and team oriented.
