    Plant Superintendent – Manufacturing Operations

    Your role. . . . .
    Taking the lead for transforming manufacturing processes and methods with a focus on quality.
      Ø   Directing all manufacturing to include production control and tooling
      Ø   Design and develop new methods and processes
      Ø   Quality control
      Ø   Leveraging existing  management competencies to mentor a dedicated team
      Ø   Training and development programs and cross-training team
      Ø   Institute new processes and procedures in production and purchasing
      Ø   Work with a dedicated team of manager in resolving manufacturing issues
      Ø   Insure company standards are met and complied with
      Ø   Efficiency of labor standards
      Ø   Reducing cycle times and cost efficiencies

    Of dedicated professionals, manufacturing team, sales and administration in a high performing culture. This position reports to the GM.
    To succeed in this position, you should have the following competencies. . . . .
    Success in this role entails flexibility, the ability to understand company goals/values/mission statement; anticipate challenges and proactively provide innovative solutions to the team.
      Ø   7+ years in manufacturing, tooling, production control, quality control/inspection
      Ø   History of developing quality products on time and under budget
      Ø   Introducing improved methods of manufacturing
      Ø   Prior expertise working with customer service, manufacturing, and engineering
      Ø   An awareness of engineering
      Ø   High degree of business acumen
      Ø   Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills required
