Artists Statement:
The rolling skies from the Atlantic harbor give the city of Providence an overwhelming connection to its surrounding landscape. The image was done to capture the balance between external and internal environments of the city. Providence's relationship with nature and the coast and its bond to the age of industry felt within.

Artists Statement:
I see things clearly through the lens of my camera. It is as if I am having an affair with the city in which I document. I find beauty in its imperfections. Inspiration comes when I discover a piece of architecture, an indigenous flower or an alley that has been overlooked by others. I use only natural light or perhaps it uses me. Providence has a glow in the later afternoon that has me swooning.

Artists Statement:
I have always had a passion for the arts; I paint, draw, play the drums and photograph. I enjoy living in Rhode Island even though I was born in MA. Rhode Island is where I call "home" and I have been living here for 23 years. I enjoy the sense of community and belonging I find in this small state that has such a big personality! My photographs are available for purchase printed, and mounted on canvas or paper. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Artists Statement:
Providence is such a beautiful city. It's hard to capture the essence of it with so few photos. The brick is always an element throughout the city, whether it is part of a building or a sidewalk. Providence is really defined by its architecture, and I feel as through these photos show that. I also feel that these photos show the warmth of the city. Each area is inviting, and there are always places that you can go and feel like you are right at home. Providence extends a warm invitation as well as display fine areas of architecture.
