The Small Business Council of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce is charged with developing an action agenda for advocating for small business issues and policies. The Council is chaired by Inez Mello of Carlin, Charron & Rosen and Mark Harriman of Bayview Financial. The Council is open to any Chamber member that has an interest in small business issues.  The Council addresses issues of top priority of our small business members, using the Chamber’s Annual Small Business Survey as a guide.
